AAI Junior Executive Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications based on the discipline:

Fire Services:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.

Human Resources:
Graduation along with an MBA or equivalent (2 years) with specialization in HRM, HRD, PM&IR, or Labour Welfare.

Official Language:
Post-Graduation in Hindi or English or any other subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the Degree level. A minimum of 2 years of experience in translation (English to Hindi and vice versa), preferably in technical or scientific literature.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 27 years as of 18th March 2025.
