Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with a background in Land Management, Survey, Civil Engineering, Geography, or Law will be given preference.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land revenue, acquisition, allotment, or mutation-related work.
• Retired Government Officials such as Circle Officer, Kanungo, Supervisor, Land & Revenue Officer, or equivalent from Govt./PSU are also eligible.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of:

• Assam Land and Revenue Regulations, 1886
• Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Act, 2013
• Related Acts and Rules
• Proficiency in Assamese and English
• Hands-on experience with digital land records, Dharitree portal, and MS Office tools.

Age Limit

• Maximum 65 years as of the date of advertisement publication.

Pay Scale

• ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, inclusive of all expenses and applicable taxes.
