The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, is inviting applications for the position of Executive-Accounts on a contractual basis. This opportunity is ideal for experienced accounting professionals seeking to contribute to the entrepreneurship and livelihood sectors.

Salary Range	₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location	Guwahati, Assam

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in accounting, financial reporting, and record-keeping within the Entrepreneurship, Livelihood, or Skilling sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily bookkeeping and journal entries using Tally.

Manage MIS reports for receivables, expenses, and specific ledgers.

Handle GST return filings, TDS payments, and related reconciliations.

Process payments and prepare necessary approval notes.

Coordinate with various teams to manage workflow efficiently.

Prepare invoices and vouchers as required.

Proficiency in PFMS (Public Financial Management System) is mandatory.

Desired Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Excellent computer proficiency.

Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

Effective decision-making capabilities.
