Educational Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
• Ph.D. degree in a concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
• Evidence of published research work.

Experience Requirements

1. Must be an Associate Professor/Professor with 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience in universities, colleges, or higher education institutions.
2. Must have a minimum API score as per PBAS (Appendix-III) for direct recruitment of Principals.
3. Must have 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
4. Should have 110 Research Score as per Appendix-II, Table-2.

Relaxation Rules

• 5% relaxation in Master’s & Bachelor’s level marks for SC/ST/Differently Abled applicants (without grace marks).
• Candidates who obtained a Master’s Degree before 19 September 1991 are eligible for 5% relaxation (from 55% → 50%).
