IDBI Bank, in collaboration with U-Next Manipal Global Education Services (Bengaluru) and Nitte Education International (Greater Noida), offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF). The training includes:

6 months of classroom studies
2 months of internship
4 months of on-the-job training (OJT) at IDBI Bank branches/offices

Upon successful completion, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade ‘O’) in IDBI Bank.
