Option 2: Science Stream

Master’s Degree in:

Electronics / Computer Science / Physics with Electronics / Electronics & Communication
OR Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA)

GATE Requirement

Candidates must have achieved qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in either:

Electronics & Communication (EC), or

Computer Science & Information Technology (CS)
