Eligibility Criteria

1. Climate Change Specialist – Mitigation

• Age: 35–55 years
• Qualification: Master’s in Renewable Energy, Climate Science, Energy Engineering, or Sustainable Development. Additional certifications in carbon management preferred.
• Experience: 12+ years in climate change mitigation projects; 4+ years in project implementation. Experience with international funding agencies is desirable.
• Job Profile: Project design, feasibility studies, energy audits, capacity building, funding applications, and stakeholder engagement.

2. IT Specialist (Carbon Finance Cell)

• Age: 35–55 years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field; additional qualifications in Data Science/Project Management are a plus.
• Experience: 8+ years with at least 5 years in IT project management, managing portals, MIS, or climate/agriculture tech platforms.
• Job Profile: IT governance, vendor/stakeholder management, system design, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital innovation projects.

3. Head – Rural Tech and Innovations

• Age: 30–50 years
• Qualification: Masters in Agri-Business, Rural Technology, Engineering, or Food Processing.
• Experience: 10+ years in rural innovation or agri-tech project management.
• Job Profile: Technology deployment, innovation transfer, stakeholder engagement, field validation, and training.

4. Head – Data & Impact Evaluation

• Age: 30–50 years
• Qualification: Masters in Development Studies, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Agri-Economics.
• Experience: 10+ years in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment for rural projects.
• Job Profile: Data collection, M&E framework design, central repository management, report generation, and staff capacity building.

5. Head – Finance, Compliance & Commercialization

• Age: 30–50 years
• Qualification: CA/MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Rural Management, or Agri-Business.
• Experience: 10+ years in rural finance, market development, enterprise development, and e-commerce.
• Job Profile: Market linkages, credit facilitation, CSR collaboration, e-commerce support, and value chain development.

6. E-Commerce Specialist

• Age: 25–35 years
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or E-Marketing.
• Experience: 4–5 years in e-commerce/ONDC platforms, account management, and online marketing strategies.
• Job Profile: Online marketing schemes, vendor onboarding, MIS reporting, and e-cataloguing.

Selection Process

1. Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience in a 1:3 ratio for interviews.
2. Final selection is subject to pre-recruitment medical examination.
3. Government/PSU employees must submit No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.

Contract Details & Benefits

Duration: 2 years (extendable up to 5 years with yearly review)

Monthly Compensation: ₹1.25 lakh – ₹2.00 lakh depending on the post
