Vacancy Details

Post-wise Eligibility Criteria

1. Programme Manager

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (including AYUSH) with MBA in Healthcare Management/HR or PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in public health programs in Government/PSU/reputed private sector.

2. Finance Manager

• Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ICWA/CA from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial management of major Govt./PSU projects.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Govt. accounting, fund management, and accounting software.

3. Consultant (AYUSH Health & Wellness Centre)

• Qualification: Degree in AYUSH stream.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in health sector (Govt. or private).

4. Consultant Procurement

• Qualification: Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/logistics/supply chain management.
  OR
  PG Diploma in Procurement/Logistics Management or Diploma in Health/Hospital Administration.
• Other Requirement: 6-month computer operation certificate.

5. Consultant HR

• Qualification: MBA(HR)/PGDBM(HR) (2 years) from recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR functions or Govt. missions.
• Skills: Excellent communication, knowledge of HR laws & MS Office proficiency.

6. District Programme Manager

• Qualification: Graduation (any discipline including AYUSH) or MBA/PG Diploma in Healthcare or Hospital Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in public health program.
• Desirable: Experience in health sector including AYUSH; computer proficiency.

7. Data Entry Operator

• Qualification: Graduation in Computer Application/IT/BCA/BBA/BSc(IT) or equivalent diploma in computer science.
• Skills: Typing speed 30 WPM, proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Preference: Experience in health sector or Govt. missions.

8. Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) / Resident Medical Officer

• Qualification: BAMS from a recognized institute.
• Registration: Must be registered with Assam State Council of Indian Medicine.
• Preference: PG degree in Ayurvedic system of medicine.
