Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and 15 years of administrative experience.
Librarian: Master’s in Library Science/Information Science with at least 60% marks and 10 years of experience.
Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and relevant administrative experience.
Hindi Officer: Master’s degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a compulsory subject at the degree level.
Superintendent: First-class Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with at least 50% marks.
Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a compulsory subject at the degree level.
Senior Technician: Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science and at least 60% marks, or ITI/Diploma in relevant field.
Technician: Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science and at least 60% marks, or ITI/Diploma in relevant field.
Junior Assistant: Senior Secondary (10+2) with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer word processing and spreadsheets.
Senior Assistant: Senior Secondary (10+2) with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer word processing and spreadsheets.

Age Limit:

Varies by position; for instance, maximum age for Registrar and Librarian is 56 years, while for Technician and Junior Assistant it is 27 years.
