• Educational Qualification:
  • 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering & Planning / Construction Technology from an AICTE-recognized technical institute.
  • The diploma must be a regular course.

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC/MOBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years

Citizenship & Residency Requirements

• Candidates must be Indian Citizens as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
• Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and should provide either:

  • Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
