Educational Qualification:

Accounts Associate: Candidates must hold B.Com or BBA in Accounting, Finance, or Management.

MIS Associate: Candidates must hold BCA, B.Sc in Physics or Maths, Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics

Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts or finance roles and 0 years for MIS Associate.

💰 Pay Scale

Salary: ₹2.04 Lakh Per Annum (Approx. ₹17,000/month)

Other allowances and benefits as per SESTA rules.

🧩 Roles and Responsibilities for Accounts Associate

The Accounts Associate will be responsible for financial record management, auditing, and supporting project-based accounting tasks. Key duties include:

1. Checking bills and vouchers for approval.
2. Data entry in accounting software.
3. Handling project accounting and financial tracking.
4. Conducting field visits to review community institutions and local offices.
5. Maintaining trackers for rent, stock, assets, and RF data.
6. Managing accounts payable and receivable.
7. Coordinating with block teams for accounts-related work.
8. Asset verification and record keeping.
9. Supporting procurement and banking tasks.
10. Maintaining registers: Meeting Minutes, Stock, Training, Dispatch, etc.
11. Updating monthly plans in the MIS system.
12. Representing SESTA in external forums as required.
