Residency & Citizenship Requirements

• Applicants must be Indian citizens as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution.
• Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and provide a PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate) issued for educational purposes or a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

Other Requirements

• Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must be registered with any employment exchange in Assam.
• Small Family Norms: A declaration in Form-A regarding compliance with Assam’s Small Family Norms must be submitted during the application process.

Application Fees

Candidates must hold a Second Class Master’s Degree with a consistently excellent academic record, along with a B.T/B.Ed degree from an NCTE-recognized institution.

Additionally, candidates must have:
a) 10 years of teaching experience in schools or colleges OR
b) 10 years of administrative experience, with at least 5 years of teaching experience included.
