Eligibility Criteria
1. General Manager (HR & Admin)
- Master’s Degree / Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration (HRM) or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HRM, Personnel Management, and Office Administration
- Experience in externally aided projects will be preferred
- Experience in reputed Government or private organizations is mandatory
2. General Manager (Urban Reforms)
- MBA (IT / Marketing) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university
- Strong skills in documentation, communication, analytics, and stakeholder management
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and digital governance
- Degree/Diploma in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Urban Planning preferred
- Project Management certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP) preferred
- At least 15 years of experience in urban governance or public sector reforms
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large technology/reform projects
3. Deputy General Manager (Procurement)
- First-class degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- Advanced certification in Public Procurement / PDPP
- MOOC Certification in Public Procurement (Finance Department, Govt. of Assam)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Government procurement
- Experience in EAP / MDB-funded projects is mandatory
