1. Controller of Examinations

• Posts: 1 (UR)

• Pay Scale: ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 (Academic Level 14)

Qualification:
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Experience:

• 15 years as Assistant Professor (Level 11+) or 8 years as Associate Professor (Level 12+) with administrative experience, OR

• Comparable research/academic institutional experience, OR

• 15 years administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Controller or equivalent.

Desirable:
Experience in examination systems, ERP (SAMARTH), MOOCs, automation, and academic administration tools.

2. Deputy Controller of Examination

• Posts: 1 (UR)

• Pay Scale: ₹78,800 – ₹2,11,500 (Level 12)

Qualification:
Master’s Degree with 55% marks.

Experience:

• 9 years as Assistant Professor (Level 10+) with administrative experience, OR

• Research/academic institutional experience, OR

• 5 years as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.

Desirable:
Experience in exam management systems and computerization.

3. Deputy Registrar

• Posts: 1 (UR)

• Pay Scale: ₹78,800 – ₹2,11,500 (Level 12)

Qualification:
Master’s Degree with 55% marks.

Experience:

• 9 years academic experience with administrative exposure, OR

• Research/academic institutional experience, OR

• 5 years administrative experience.

Desirable:
Law/Management/Engineering degree, e-office experience, administrative expertise.

4. Finance Officer

• Posts: 1 (UR)

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,10,000 + GP ₹12,700

Qualification:
Master’s Degree with 55% marks.

Experience:

• 8 years in finance/accounts in government or PSU, OR

• ICWAI/ICAI/MBA Finance with 5 years management-level experience.

Desirable:
Computerization of finance systems and strong interpersonal skills.
